Anaheim Taxi cab order process:
1. Call us from Anaheim via phone, chat, or email
2. Once your order for service is received, we enter your information into our computer taxi dispatch system called TaxiTrack.
3. The computer selects the appropriate Anaheim cab and driver for your request, including checking to find the closest taxi by using GPS or setting up a reservation for later in the day.
4. The dispatcher monitors the status of your taxi with the GPS and other computer aided dispatching.
5. Your taxi is assigned by the TaxiTrack system and sent to your Anaheim address.
6. Upon arrival, the taxicab will be provided your phone number to arrange for you to come out. In some cases, you may also receive an automated call out.
When in the Cab:
1. Anaheim Driver should greet you upon entry into the taxi.
2. Driver will start the cab meter, or taximeter.
3. Charges will start accruing by time and distance.
4. Note: The driver may start the taxi meter as soon as he or she arrives at your address.
